Meant for Luxury lifestyle, it was essential for L14 team to handle every single customer interaction with utmost professionalism and higly personalized. Team wanted to be on top of every single equiry coming through calls or emails, and ability for supervisors to distribute and assign the inquiry to the best possible agent for handling the same in most efficient way.
Salesforce service cloud was implemented by configuring email to case and CTI integration. Assignement rules and tight escalation rules made sure that every case is being attended and resolved timely and efficiently.
