Company did not have a CRM system to track sales activities. Managment did not have visiblity on pipeline, outgoing quotation and convesions. Also, it was inquiry to quote was time consuming process for existing customers. Handshake between sales and finance was very manual and time consuming.
We implemented Sales cloud to streamline lead to order cycle in Salesforce. Managing subscription and renewal process was core challenge which we resolved by additional customization.
We went beyond typical sales cloud offering by offering customized invoice generation capabilities, and integrating the same with Accounting software Xero.
Use of community lincese for existing customers and partners for seamless collaboration.
