IMKAN did not have a CRM in place to manage their leads, accounts and opportunities. Lead assignment was manual which was quite exhaustive and error prone and also led to conflicts between team members. They did not have a system in place to qualify and score leads based on criterias.
We built a strong CRM system for IMKAN to manage all their sales related activities in a single place. We implemented a customized opportunity assignment engine to automate assignments to their Sales team while considering customer preference. We also implemented Pardot to support their marketing team to capture leads from multiple sources and manage campaigns and track ROI.
